Azeri pressure group appeals against guilty verdict to its members

Baku, 6 September: The Karabakh Liberation Organization [KLO] filed a
complaint against the ruling of Nasimi district court [sentencing
its members to long prison terms for anti-Armenian protests in June]
with the Court of Appeal today.

The KLO said that the court ruling was unfair and called for the
release of the [convicted] KLO members. [Passage omitted: known
