Armenian leader names new deputy security chief

Yerevan, 26 November: Armenian President Robert Kocharyan has signed
a decree appointing Romik Arutyunyan as deputy head of the National
Security Service under the Armenian president, the press service of
the Armenian president has told Arminfo.
