SEMINAR DEDICATED TO PROBLEMS OF IMPLANTOLOGY HELD IN ARMENIA FOR THE
FIRST TIME
YEREVAN, APRIL 1, NOYAN TAPAN. The April 1 seminar held in Yerevan was
dedicated to the discussion of the problems of application of
implantology in stomatology. The seminar was organized by the Armenian
Association of Stomatology jointly with the RA Ministry of Health.
Karen Grigorian, RA Chief Stomatologist, said that such a seminar is
held in the republic for the first time. According to him,
implantology became one of the most effective methods of treatment,
which will become a leading method among the stomatological services
in the 21st century. According to Ashot Gevorgian, Chairman of the
Association, this sphere is out of control at present. According to
him, this permits anyone to open a stomatological cabinet and even
work without a licence. A.Gevorgian said that in accordance with the
order of RA Ministry of Health, checkings will be held in all
stomatological cabinets acting in the republic in April-May.
