ARMRUSGASPROM INCREASES ELECTRICITY SUPPLY TO GEORGIA
YEREVAN, APRIL 4, NOYAN TAPAN. ArmRusgasprom has signed an agreement
which envisages to continue electricity supply to the Georgian United
Electricity Distribution Company. According to the ArmRusgasprom’s
press service, under the agreement the company will export 900 thousand
kw/h of power each day until late June. To recap, prior to the signing
of this agreement, the daily amount exported made 500-600 thousand
kw/h. The previous agreement on electricity exports to the Georgian
company expired on March 31. ArmRusgasprom has been supplying power
to Georgia since October 16, 2004.
