NEW FOREIGN SHAREHOLDER OF INECOBANK TO BE ANNOUNCED IN TWO WEEKS
YEREVAN, APRIL 11, NOYAN TAPAN. Inecobank will make public the name of
its new shareholder in two weeks. NT correspondent was informed from
the bank’s marketing department that this is a large internationally
recognized foreign company. It was also noted that Inecobank will
issue new shares in this connection. According to preliminary
information, sales of new shares worth 1.5 mln USD are envisaged.
