Today at 2.30 p.m. deputy of Justice faction Tatul Manaseryan became the
66-th deputy, whose registration was essential for having a quorum in the
parliament. To note, quorum was constituted thanks to 5 deputies of the
Justice faction.

At the moment the parliamentarians are discussing legislative initiatives on
agriculture. Only 13 out of 131 deputies are present in the hall. According
to Tatul Manaseryan, today the opposition deputies pointed out to the
inactivity of the parliament on one hand and secured their right to make
statements on the other hand.

8 deputies of Justice faction are going to address the parliament to remind
of the violence committed a year ago at Baghramyan Avenue and to comment on
the speech delivered by Robert Kocharyan yesterday.
