VILLAGE HAS DIFFICULTIES BECAUSE OF HAVING ELECTED DEMIRCHYAN

The residents of Lchashen are deprived of any state support because,
according to themselves, in the latest Presidential elections they
elected Stepan Demirchyan. One of the old people told that they came
and gasified the village free of charge on the condition of electing
Kocharyan.

But after the elections when it turned out that they have elected
Stepan Demirchyan, the old-age pensions were not given to people
announcing that they are kept in turn for the gasification. In
general, no officials come to this village for years. Even their own
deputy has never been there. Let us remind you that their deputy
is Khachik Petrosyan – nephew of ex-Minister of National Security
Karlos Petrosyan.

Today before the arrival of the deputies in the village when we
approached the residents of the village and tries to find out why
there are gathered in the village square they said, “Important people
are coming, we have come to se what they are saying, what is to become
of this nation”.

And the important people were the deputies of the Justice bloc,
mainly the People’s Party. First of all let us note that today there
are 2000 electors in the village, a considerable part of which has
immigrated. And the majority of the rest are mainly unemployed.

About 100 people had come to meet Stepan Demirchyan and the members of
the bloc. They were asked various questions about the social status,
exchange rate, and the necessity of revolution. To the loud question
of one of the residents of the village “What to do? ” some one else
answered, “Galoust Sahakyan must be liquidated”. “Poor Sadoyan was
killed too”, added the other. “Why killed? I saw him in the morning”,
joked Stepan Demirchyan.

Viktor Dallakyan informed those present that the leaders of the
Karabakh clan get richer thanks to them. E announced that because
of the non-balanced exchange rate of the dram they have earned 270
million dollars.

The residents of the village complained from the atmosphere of
unpunishedness. Stepan Demirchyan said that after the change of
authorities all the criminals will be punished.
