ARMENIAN DEFENSE MINISTER: WE SHOULD TRY TO KEEP UP WITH BEST ARMIES OF
WORLD

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ In two years the Armenian Armed Forces will be completely
staffed with professional officers, Secretary of the Security Council under
the RA President, Defense Minister Serge Sargsian stated when addressing the
graduates of the Military Institute after Vazgen Sargsian. The RA Defense
Minister pointed out to the necessity of preservation and strengthening of
the efficiency of the Armenian army. In his words, it will `render the
possibility to hold negotiations with our enemy and reach favorable
settlement of the Karabakh conflict.’ Besides Serge Sargsian stressed the
importance of perfection of the Armed Forces. `We should try to keep up with
the best armies of the world. We will carry out this task till 2015. One
should remember that the Armenian government is capable of supplying the
army with all the necessaries to defeat any enemy’, he said. To note, today
300 cadets of the Military Institute today were conferred the rank of
