RA NA SPEAKER SENDS A CONGRATULATORY MESSAGE ON 10TH ANNIVERSARY OF
RA CONSTITUTION

YEREVAN, July 5. /ARKA/. RA NA Speaker Arthur Baghdassaryan sent a
congratulatory message on the 10th anniversary of the RA
Constitution. According to the RA NA Public Relations Department, the
message says that 10 years ago, after the referendum, the first
Armenian constitution was adopted. “Now it is obvious that for
further development we need changes especially in the Fundamental Law
of the country. We should conduct constitutional reforms, which are
necessary for our people and comply with international standards”,
the message says. Congratulating all citizens of independent Armenia,
Baghdassaryan expressed a conviction, that new version of
Constitution to be put on referendum will lead our society towards
