Azeri, Armenian foreign ministers to meet in Moscow

Azerbaijani and Armenian foreign ministers Elmar Mammadyarov and
Vardan Oskanian are scheduled to meet in Moscow on August 23 for the
next round oftalks on the Upper Garabagh conflict settlement.

Mammadyarov has told journalists that some details will be discussed
and the issues to be agreed upon will be raised at the upcoming
meeting of the two countries’ presidents in Kazan.

The ministers will report to their heads of state after the Moscow
meeting, he added.*
