NEWLY APPOINTED UKRAINIAN AMBASSADOR TO ARMENIA PRESENTS COPIES OF CREDENTIALS TO RA FOREIGN MINISTER

YEREVAN, September 6. /ARKA/. The newly appointed Ukrainian Ambassador
to Armenia Aleksandr Bojko presented copies of his credentials to RA
Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanyan, press-service of the RA Foreign
Ministry reported ARKA News Agency. The ceremony was followed by a
meeting, during which Oskanyan congratulated the Ukrainian diplomat
on his appointment as Ukraine’s Ambassador to Armenia and on his
return to Armenia, and wished success in his mission. Expressing his
satisfaction with current Armenian-Ukrainian relations, Oskanyan
said that there is much to be done to develop political, trade,
economic and cultural relations. The sides discussed the European
integration process of Armenia and the Ukraine, the sides pointed to
the common foreign policy of both countries in this regard and the
necessity of coordinated actions in this direction. In this context
they found it important to continue a political dialogue. Bojko was
Ukraine’s Ambassador to Armenia in 1996-2001, after that he hold the
post of Head of First European Department at the Ukraine’s Foreign
