ARMENIAN ELECTED DEPUTY PARLIAMENT SPEAKER IN ABKHAZIA

Armenia Albert Hovsepian was elected deputy speaker of the Abkhazian
parliament. According to RIA Novosti news agency, former deputy
speaker was promoted to the position of deputy prime minister and
Abkhazia-born Albert Hovsepian came to replace him.
