ADIDAS BUYS REEBOK DISTRIBUTION RIGHTS FOR RUSSIA, NO TERMS DISCLOSED

FRANKFURT (AFX) – Adidas-Salomon AG said it has acquired the
distribution rights for the Reebok brand in Russia and other former
Soviet states from Russia’s ZAO RBK-Retail for an undisclosed sum,
effective Jan 1 next year.
The deal includes rights for Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Belarus,
Armenia and Azerbaijan, the sporting goods maker said.
