YEREVAN, JUNE 7, NOYAN TAPAN – ARMENIANS TODAY. By RA President Robert
Kocharian’s June 6 decree, Art Director and Principal Conductor of the
Armenian State Philharmonic Orchestra Eduard Topchian was given the
title of RA Honored Art Figure for his contribution to development of
classical performance art and on the occasion of the Orchestra’s 80th
anniversary. Noyan Tapan was informed about it from the President’s
Press Office.
