ROAD UNDER CONSTRUCTION TO BYPASS MOTORWAY WITHIN REACH OF AZERBAIJANI

IJEVAN, JUNE 8, NOYAN TAPAN. Voskepar-Baghanis bypass making part of
Ijevan-Noyemberian motorway is currently under construction. Thus, the
road is being moved away from the border area within reach of
Azerbaijani gunfire. The bypass is being constructed by road builders
of Ijevan with allocations from the RA state budget.
