Tigran Torosian: "Azerbaijan has no courage to recognize Nagorno Garabagh Republic officially"

"Azerbaijan deals with war very often, because official Baku has no
courage to recognize Nagorno Garabagh officially." Armenian Parliament
speaker Tigran Torosian announced it. (APA).
"They understand in Azerbaijan that there is not any base and
perspective of starting military operations in Nagorno Garabagh.
International community within the last two years started self
determination right of Nagorno Garabagh, we needed 17 years of time
