YEREVAN, AUGUST 14, NOYAN TAPAN. RA President Robert Kocharian signed
a decree on August 14 on appointing Armen Khachatrian the judge of the
Court of First Instance of the Tavush marz. Noyan Tapan was informed
about it by the RA President’s Press Office.
