Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov and his Armenian
counterpart Vardan Oskanyan met in Slovenia’s capital Ljubljana
yesterday [27 August]. Andrzej Kasprzyk, the personal representative
of the OSCE chairman-in-office, is also in Slovenia.
