On September 2, 1991, the people of Nagorno Karabakh declared its
independence by adopting the Declaration of Establishing the Nagorno
Karabakh Republic on the territories of the Nagorno Karabakh Autonomous
Region and Shahumian District.

Today, the most powerful arguments for Karabakh to emerge from the
current processes are the people’s freedom-loving spirit and its will
to have the full control of its destiny.

We are congratulating all of us on the 15th anniversary of NKR
Independence and wish strong will and spirit.
