MORE LEBANESE ARMENIANS REGISTER WITH ARMENIAN RED CROSS

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 13, ARMENPRESS: The number of Lebanese Armenians
who have come here to escape the war and registered with the Armenian
Red Cross has increased in the last 20 days from 84 to 120.

Edmon Azarian from the Red Cross said the Red Cross and the UNHCR
Armenian Agency continue providing financial assistance, food, advice,
medications and medical aid to Lebanese Armenians.

He said five families of Lebanese Armenians registered with the Red
Cross went back home.
