NA ADOPS ADDITIONS TO LAW "ON SOCIAL PROTECTION OF CHILDREN REMAINED WITHOUT PARENTS’ CARE"

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 26, NOYAN TAPAN. The RA National Assembly unanimously
adopted on October 26 in the second reading and completely the draft
envasiging additions to the acting law "On Social Protection of
Children Remained without Parents’ Care." According to it, the size
of monthly salary of employees of state specialized organizations
implementing care and bringing up of children of the mentioned
category, children’s homes may not be less than threefold of the
minimal size of salary fixed by the RA law. Addition payment is
also fixed towards it, with the size of 50% of employee’s tariff
salary. The list of the mentioned organizations is fixed by the RA
Government. The law will come into force from January 1, 2007.
