The press secretary of the NKR president informed that on November 4
NKR President Ghukassian left for the United States to participate in
the preparations for the annual telethon to be held in Los Angeles on
November 23. The president of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic is going to
meet with businessmen, political figures, the civil society and the
representatives of the church of the Armenian communities of the East
and West Coast. The press secretary of the NKR president informed that
on November 3 President Ghukassian addressed the National Assembly
with a proposal on amnesty on the occasion of the 15th anniversary
of the independence of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic and the referendum
on the Constitution of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.
