The foreign minister of NKR Georgy Petrossian and Semion Afiyan, head
of the protocol service of the NKR foreign ministry, took part in the
inaugural ceremony of the president of South Ossetia Edward Kokoyti.
Over ten delegations of different countries of the world arrived in
South Ossetia to take part in the ceremony of inauguration.
