AZERBAIJANI SIDE HAMPERED OSCE MONITORING

On December 13, in accordance with an arrangement with the governments
of the sides, the OSCE mission was to hold monitoring of the front
line between the armed forces of Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan near
the Karakhanbeyli area, Fizuli. The monitoring mission and the
representatives of the ministries of foreign affairs and defense
arrived at the place of monitoring, however, considering that the
Azerbaijani side, like in the previous cases, did not take the
observers to the agreed place, the OSCE mission members decided to
postpone the monitoring for security.
