ARMENIA’S ECONOMIC GROWTH TOTALS 13.2% IN JAN-NOV 2006

YEREVAN, December 20. /ARKA/. Economic growth in Armenia totaled 13.2%
compared to January-November 2005. The National Statistical Service
of Armenia reported that the amount of GDP in the period under review
totaled AMD 2,293.9bln.

The amount of GDP in November decreased by 16.6% compared to October.

In January-November 2005 the economic growth was 13.5%.

According to the state budget, GDP growth in 2006 was planned at the
level of 7.5%. ($1 – AMD 363.22).
