THE NEW YEAR TREE IS DECORATING THE REPUBLIC SQUARE

The New Year tree is already decorating the Republic Square of
Yerevan. Its branches are wood stuffs remained after sanitary felling
in Goris.

"Armenpress" was told at RA State Environmental Agency that no
illegal sale of fir trees and birches has been revealed in the capital
city. The 700 fir tress on sale have been imported from Russia and
Georgia. The owners previously presented corresponding applications
to RA Ministry of Environmental Protection.
