YEREVAN, DECEMBER 27, NOYAN TAPAN. By RA President Robert Kocharian’s
December 26 decree, Kovalenko Shahgaldian and Alik Sargsian, Governors
of the RA marzes of Kotayk and Ararat were awarded Anania Shirakatsi
medals for effective work in the state government system. Noyan Tapan
