IRAN-ARMENIA GAS PIPELINE IN THE FOCUS OF ATTENTION

The project of the Iran-Armenia gas pipeline is in the centre of
attention of senior officials of the two countries. Corresponding
specialists are carrying out the construction of the pipeline on both
sides of the border, Head of the Economic Department of the Embassy
of the Islamic Republic of Iran Shahrolh Edrisabadi said in response
to Armenpress question.
According to him, the final stages of the pipeline construction
slowed down because of the unfavourable weather conditions. However,
officials carrying out the construction intend to complete the works
in the near future.
