Elkhan Guseinov, commander of a military unit stationed in the
Fizuli District, and a number of other officers of the same unit,
were arrested for financial machinations.

According to available information, the arrests were made after the
return of Vugar Garachaev, who had served in this unit from Armenian
captivity.
