Armenia is shocked with the assassination of the editor-in-chief of the
Agos daily Hrant Dink and condemns the crime committed in Istanbul,
RA Deputy Foreign Minister Gegham Gharibjanyan told ArmInfo during
the mourning ceremony in the Liberty Square of Yerevan.

In Gegham Gharibjanyan’s words, until nationalism is endorsed, no
one can be secure from such crimes. He did not agree that the time
has come for Armenia to undertake similar harsh steps. "We have our
foreign policy, which we are implementing," Gegham Gharibjanyan noted.

Let us remind that last night the delegation headed by RA Deputy
Foreign Minister Arman Kirakosyan left for Istanbul to participate
in the funeral of Hrant Dink. Several thousands of people gathered
in the Liberty Square today.

The gathering was attended by representatives of the clergy, political
and public figures, foreign media representatives.
