Azeri FM characterizes the Moscow talks as "rather complex"

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov characterized the
meeting with Armenian Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian held January
23 in Moscow as " rather complex," Mediamax agency reports.

Elmar Mammadyarov said the main principles of settlement were discussed
during the Moscow meeting and the main attention focused on the
"last principle" of settlement. The Azeri FM said the talks were
"rather complex," simultaneously noting that the negotiation process
will continue.

"The possible organization of the meeting of Presidents of Armenia
and Azerbaijan will be determined in the result of the Co-Chairs’
visit to the region, said Mammadyarov.
