Kocharyan: Stable Development Depends on Army’s Fighting Capacity

ROBERT KOCHARYAN: STABLE DEVELOPMENT OF ARMENIA DIRECTLY DEPENDS ON
FIGHTING CAPACITY OF ITS ARMY

Yerevan, January 27. ArmInfo. The stable development of Armenia
directly depends on the fighting capacity of its army, Armenian
President Robert Kocharyan said today while awarding servicemen on the
occasion of the 15th anniversary of the Armenian army.

He congratulated the whole Armenian nation on the Army Day and said
that the Armenians are proud of their army. Speaking about the
formation of the Armenian army, Kocharyan said: "In fact, the buidling
of the Armenian state started from the formation of the Armenian
army. The conditions were hard, they were imposed on us, but this is
our fate and we are responsible for all this. I think we al are proud
of those years and our victory."
