/PanARMENIAN.Net/ A meeting between Azeri and Armenian foreign
ministers may take place at the end of February or beginning of
March. It depends on their schedule, stated OSCE MG Co-Chair Matthew
Bryza. "And generally, they should not meet so often. Main thing is
spirit of good during talks. I think it exists.

Every time when the sides meet, we see progress. When the ministers
met in Moscow and exchanged views, they a little approached in their
stances on general principals. It means, that there exists progress
and it is impossible to reach more progress without such meetings,"
he stressed. Asked that the society cannot get enough information
about negotiations, the American diplomat stated, "Concrete talks
are carried out, but we should not speak about it publicly, since it
will lead to politicization of the negotiations. I think, you should
trust your ministers."

Alongside Matthew Bryza underlined he does not agree with statements
that parliamentary elections in Armenia in 2007 and presidential
elections in Armenia and Azerbaijan in 2008 will impede the solution
of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. "I do not agree with that.

I think elections are complex elements of this procedure. But from
the other side, talks continue even now. May be the president will
not meet till parliamentary elections in Armenia, but the ministers
continue the talks," he underscored, ‘Trend’ reports.

Emil Lazarian: “I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
