4 DELEGATES WILL CONGRATULATE NEW TURKMAN PRESIDENT

On February 13 the delegation of RA NA Speaker Tigran Torosyan will
leave for Ashgabat to participate in the inauguration ceremony of
the new President of Turkmenistan.

The delegation includes deputy Gurgen Arsenyan, deputy Foreign Minister
Gevorg Gharibjanyan, and "ArmRusGasArd" CEO Karen Karapetyan.
