Ankara. Turkey’s Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogn warned the U.S.
Congress that passing a resolution condemning as "genocide" the mass
killing of Armenians early in the last century would harm relations,
Reuters reported citing Turkish media.

"We hope that the Congress won’t take such a decision. But if it
surprises us, I am afraid that our future strategic partnership will
be overshadowed", Erdogan said.
