February 23 Chairman of the National Assembly of Armenia Tigran
Torosyan sent invitations to international organizations ` the
Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, the OSCE
Parliamentary Assembly, the CIS Parliamentary Assembly, the European
Parliament ` to carry out observation mission at the parliamentary
elections due on May 12.
