ORDER OF SUBSIDIZING AGRICULTURAL ECONOMIC ENTITIES APPROVED

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 22, NOYAN TAPAN. The order of subsidizing economic
entities of the agriculatural sector was approved at the February 22
sitting of the Armenian government. The decision aims to ensure
efficient, coordinated and transparent organization of subsidizing the
economic entities engaged in agriculture in the former administrative
regions Aragats (Aragatsotn marz) and Chambarak (Gegharkunik marz)
within the framework of the pilot subsidizinmg program envisaged by
the 2007 RA state budget, taking into account the peculiarities of
agriculatural production in these regions. According to the RA
Government Information and PR Department, adoption of the decision
will help with monitoring of the subsidizing process and introduction
of an effecient system of agriculture subsidizing.
