HAYKO TO REPRESENT ARMENIA IN EUROVISION-2007 COMPETITION

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 26, NOYAN TAPAN. As a result of the televiewers’
SMS messages and by the February 25 decision of the jury, Hayko,
recongized the singer of the year in 2006 will represent Armenia at the
Eurovision-2007 international competition. To recap, the semi-final
stages for choosing the Armenian participant of the Eurovision-2007
were held by the H1 TV channel on February 23-24. 7 from the 20
participants entered the final stage. They were Arina Hovhannisian,
Emmy, Meri Voskanian living in Germany, Karine Asrian living in Moscow,
Hayko, Sergey Grigorian and Asta. To recap, the Eurovision-2007 will
be held in Finland in May.
