According to Serge Amirkhanyan, the head of the NKR Department
of Migration, Refugees and Resettlement, the government gives aid
to emigrants but it is too. For two years now 1 billion drams is
allocated from the state budget for the needs of new settlers.
Serge Amirkhanyan said it is necessary to make this program attractive
for the 35 thousand refugees in Armenia to move to live in Karabakh
through privileges.
