ROBERT KOCHARIAN AND VLADIMIR RUSHAYLO DISCUSS ISSUES RELATED TO OBSERVATION OF PARLIAMENTARY ELECTIONS

YEREVAN, APRIL 5, NOYAN TAPAN. On April 5, RA President Robert
Kocharian received CIS Executive Secretary, head of CIS observation
mission at Armenian parliamentary elections Vladimir Rushaylo.
According to the report provided to Noyan Tapan from RA President’s
Press Office, they discussed issues related to observation of
elections’ preparatory stage and the electoral process at the meeting.
They also touched upon the events to be held in the future within
the framework of CIS and their agenda.
