ATTACK AND UDDF GAVE JOINT BRIEFING ON THE SCANDAL WITH LEAVING PLENARY HALL

Sofia. The Bulgarian nationalistic party Attack and the rightist United
Democratic Forces /UdDF/ organized a briefing about the scandal from
this morning in plenary hall, a reporter of FOCUS News Agency informed.
Dimitar Stoyanov from ‘Attack’ said that it did matter what was the
point in the parliamentary agenda, which was removed by the majority,
in particular – the proposal of Attack for recognizing the genocide
on the Armenian people by Turkey in 1915.
‘The proposal for rejecting this point did not come from the Movement
for Rights and Freedoms, who one week ago insulted the victims of the
Armenian genocide, by leaving the plenary hall during the honoring
of the victims’ memory; instead the proposal came from ‘Bulgaria’s
face in united Europe’ – the Bulgarian Socialist Party, Stoyanov said.
