RUSSIAN GOVERNMENT SPENDS 2.2 MILLION RUBLES ON OBSERVERS VISITING ARMENIA

The Russian government allocated 2.2 million rubles today to cover
expenses for sending observers to Armenia to watch May 12 elections,
Russian Finmarket reports. The source said prime minister, Michael
Fradkov, signed a respective decree today.
