VARTAN OSKANIAN TO MEET WITH THE OSCE MINSK GROUP CO-CHAIRS

On may 11in Strasbourg RA Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian will meet
with the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs.

Vartan Oskanian told the journalists that the issue of organization of
the next meeting with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov
will be discussed. According to Vartan Oskanian, the "discoveries"
of the Azerbaijani side about the details of the negotiation process
exert negative influence on the negotiation process, but it does not
stop. The Armenian side refrains from disclosing the details of the
content of the talks and is guided with the document of principles
on the bargaining table.

The Co-Chairs of the Minsk Group Yuri Merzlyakov, Bernard Fassier
and Matthew Bryza will meet in Madrid on May 10th to discuss the
opportunity of organizing the meeting of the Presidents in Saint
Petersburg on June 10.
