May 10 2007

"We hope the meeting of the Presidents [Armenian and Azerbaijani]
in St Petersburg on June 10 will reach decisions which will be a
turning point in the settlement of the conflict. It will be clear
soon whether the meeting will achieve concrete results," Russian
Ambassador to Azerbaijan said.

Touching on the delay of reply to Azerbaijan’s second note to Russia,
the Ambassador said he is against to assess this as delay.

"Do not think that only Russia delays response for notes. We have
facts that Azerbaijan also delayed the reply to our notes," he said.

Ambassador said his latest visit to Russia is not related to
Azerbaijan’s notes but his personal affairs.
