NKR FOREIGN MINISTRY GOT CONGRATULATIONS

On the day of the victory the NKR foreign ministry got congratulation
messages from the Republic of South Ossetia and the Moldovan Republic
of Transdnyestr. The ministry congratulated on the 62nd anniversary of
victory in World War II and the liberation of Shushi. `We highly
appreciate the contribution of the people of Nagorno-Karabakh in
fighting fascism and we join to honor the memory and pay homage to the
veterans of the Great Patriotic War. The young Karabakhi generation
upheld their tradition and defended the liberty and independence of
their homeland.’ We believe that the people of Artsakh will keep to
the track for peace, state building, social, economic and cultural
progress, runs the message of the foreign ministry of the Republic of
South Ossetia. `

Any effort to distort the past and tarnish the Great Victory is
profanation and short-sightedness. The winds of change cannot prevail
over the laws of history. The valor and self-sacrifice of our fathers
urges and obliges us to fight for sustainable peace in the land of
Transdnyestr and promote equal and creative international
cooperation,’ runs the message of the foreign ministry of the Moldovan
Republic of Transdnyestr.
