lieutenant general Seyran Ohanyan to the generalitet of the Armenian
army. RA Defense Minister’s Spokesman, colonel Seyran Shahsuvaryan

Lieutenant general Seyran Ohanyan assumed the office May 10,
2007. Before he occupied the post of NKR Defense Minister.
