OSCE CO-CHAIRS TO VISIT ARMENIA

Vladimir Karapetian, the Spokesman for the Armenian Foreign Ministry
informed APKA agency on 17 May that the Co-Chairs of the Organization
for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Minsk Group will visit
Armenia next week.
According to Karapetian, Vartan Oskanian, the Armenian Foreign
Minister informed the co-chairs about Armenia’s position on the
document submitted at the previous meeting in Strasburg. During their
visit to Armenia the co-chairs will discuss Armenia’s position.
The spokesman noted that the co-chairs’ visit aims at holding
arrangements for a meeting between the Presidents of Armenia and
Azerbaijan, Robert Kocharian and Ilham Aliyev which may be held in
St. Petersburg.
