Children of Artsakh will go to Cyprus for a holiday

The first group of children of Artsakh will leave for Cyprus on May
30, Marianna Hakobyan, head of the department of youth of the ministry
of education, said to the KarabakhOpen. She said the first group will
include children aged 10-16. They are children of killed soldiers,
underprivileged families from Shahumyan and Kashatagh.
The children will spend a week in Cyprus. The expenses are covered by
Karen Avagumyan, a Moscow-based businessman, and German Bagrian, the
head of the Super Nova travel agency. The NKR ministry of education
and culture covers travel expenses Stepanakert-Moscow-Stepanakert.
Last year 58 children from Artsakh went to Cyprus for a holiday. It is
not known how many groups will visit Cyprus this year.
