AUA Suites at the Hybusiness

The newly remodeled AUA Suites at HyBusiness has opened its doors to
visitors to Armenia. This unique boutique hotel will ensure that visits
are enjoyable and memorable, and visitors will be making a contribution
to the development of Armenia because funds from the AUA Suites directly
support the American University of Armenia scholarship fund and the
University’s many talented students benefit.

The University acquired the AUA Suites at HyBusiness through a generous
donation of the late AUA Board Member Mr. Vartkes Barsam to provide
housing for students and faculty, as well as serve as a hotel for guests
in Armenia. AUA recently completed renovation of the facility with
assistance from the United States Agency for International Development’s
American Schools and Hospitals Abroad Program. The facility now
features 23 spacious rooms designed to serve individual needs and tastes
with a Junior Suite (studio), a Senior Suite (one-bedroom apartment),
and an Executive Suite (two-bedroom apartment).

Being located only a few steps away from the Republic Square and within
walking distance from most of the attractions and entertainment in
Yerevan, AUA Suites offers an exceptional environment where guests have
access to the University’s online library holdings from a workstation in
the lobby. All rooms and the lobby are equipped with high-speed internet
access to meet the needs of both business travelers and families.
