RA PRESIDENT ATTACHES IMPORTANCE TO NECESSITY TO ORGANIZE UNITED EXAMINATIONS AT HIGH LEVEL

YEREVAN, MAY 22, NOYAN TAPAN. Issues connected with united examination
system to be used for the first time this year were discussed at
the May 22 working meeting of RA President Robert Kocharian and RA
Minister of Education and Science Levon Mkrtchian.

The President attached importance to the necessity to organize
this unprecedentedly large process at the high level and said that
prevention of many negative phenomena in education sphere depends on
the success of the first attempt of examination by united system.

According to the report provided to Noyan Tapan from RA President’s
Press Office, at the meeting they also touched upon reforms implemented
in higher education system within the framework of Bologna process.

L. Mkrtchian also informed the President about discussion of issues
related to Armenia during the summit of Education Ministers of European
regional countries held lately in London.
